Junior Front End Developer

The role

We are looking for a Junior Front End Developer to join the team. The successful applicant will support the design, development, and continuous improvement of new and existing technical products and services.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Being an important member of a small but perfectly formed team helping to shape EXECODE’s future offer
  • Working closely with our highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer
  • Supporting the work of our highly experienced Senior Client Account Manager
  • Helping to define and deliver the technical direction for our existing and future products and services
  • Sharing knowledge within the team whilst embracing and sharing new ideas and approaches

We need you to bring:

  • The latest knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, mobile responsive development and a working knowledge of website design software (Figma, XD or similar)

We'd love you to bring:

  • Exposure to, or knowledge of, server programming/scripting e.g. Asp.Net, C#, MVC and/or PHP, and databases (SQL, MySQL or similar)
  • An ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Knowledge and experience of code quality practices such as continuous integration, unit testing and peer reviews
  • Experience in producing, managing and maintaining quality, busy commercial websites to a high standard

Junior Graphic Designer

The role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the team. The successful applicant will support the design team with all aspects of graphic design from websites and branding to catalogues and print on a range of client accounts.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Being an important member of a small but perfectly formed team helping to shape EXECODE’s future offer
  • Working closely with our current graphic design team
  • Supporting the work of our highly experienced Senior Client Account Manager
  • Helping to define and deliver the branding and design direction for existing and future clients, products and services
  • Sharing knowledge within the team whilst embracing and sharing new ideas and approaches

We need you to bring:

  • The latest knowledge of graphic design and branding, particularly, but not limited to websites, mobile and corporate branding using the latest Adobe, and other, design software.

We'd love you to bring:

  • An understanding of design fundamentals including typography, colour, layout and composition
  • An ability to use industry standard software, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of a range of markets and the use of graphic design as a business tool in each
  • Attention to detail and a good eye for consistency and branding
  • Experience in producing, managing and maintaining quality, busy commercial websites to a high standard

What we’ll offer you:
